In accordance with law No. 6698 on the protection of personal data (“KVKK”), as data supervisor Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. (“Kanatlı”), we may process, Record, Store, classify, update, and disclose or transfer personal data of our visitors to third parties for the purposes specified below, in accordance with the law and the rules of integrity, and, where permitted by law, for the purposes for which they are processed.

4. Transferring of your Personal Data

Committed within the scope of your personal data for the purposes described in Article 8 of the basic principles of KVKK provided according to conditions specified in KVKK and for the processing of personal data and purposes, to be limited by Kanatlı for the above purposes; where necessary, the competent public institutions, in order to conduct our business activities, firms and who received support services within the framework of legal obligations and legal restrictions may be transferred.

5. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by Kanatlı for the purpose of improving the services we provide and conducting our business activities through the camera recording system, visitor Internet entry and registration system and similar channels for the purpose of carrying out our activities and for the legal reasons mentioned above. In this context, your personal data may be processed and transferred by providing explicit consent in the light of the principles set out in Article 4.2 of the KVKK, or in the case of situations set out in articles 5.2 and 6.3, without providing explicit consent.

6. Your Rights as a Related Person Provided by Article 11 of KVKK

The rights you have in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK are as follows:

• To learn whether or not personal data have been processed,
• To request information on the processed data, if personal data have been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether or not the personal data have been used in accordance with the declared purpose,
• To know about the third parties at home and abroad, to whom the personal data have been transferred,
• In case that the personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to inform the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
• In case the reasons that require processing are eliminated although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVK Law and other related laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• To object to any consequence that may arise against himself/herself through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
• Request for compensation of any damages incurred by himself/herself due to unlawful processing of personal data,

As Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. according to the nature of the demand, shall be conclude the demand as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest free of charge.

Any payment shall not be requested regarding the requests; however, the right to request any payment based on the price tariff specified by the Board of the Protection of Personal Data in case the transaction may require any additional cost.
